  • Sugar2 cup
  • Water3 l
  • Clove to taste
  1. Wash the figs well.
  2. Put it to boil, when the water is bubbling, turn off and wait 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the water.
  4. Put it on the fire again, add the sugar, stir a little and add more water.
  5. Let it cook until very soft. Before turning off, put a handful of cloves, turn off and cover until cool.
  6. Remove from the pan and put it in the fridge.
