Washed and drained rice1 cup
Water3 cup
Milk3 cup
Sugar3/4 cup
Milk powder5 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick2 unit(s)
Clove10 unit(s)

In a pan put the rice, cloves, cinnamon and water. Mix everything together and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
When the water is drying and the rice is cooked, add the sugar and 2 and 1/2 times the milk. In the 1/2 x of the remaining milk, dissolve the powdered milk and then pour it into the rice.
Do not let the milk dry up. The rice should be creamy.
Remove from heat and place in a bowl or make individual portions. When serving, sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
