- The dough is very simple to make, just mix all the ingredients, starting with the dry ingredients and finally the liquids and butter.
- I kneaded the dough for 10 minutes until it was very smooth and without sticking to my hands, I put it in a bowl and covered it with a cloth, I left it in a very stuffy corner of the kitchen for 30 minutes for the yeast to act.
- After 30 minutes, I transferred the dough to my countertop and opened it with a rolling pin. I spread all the fruits and raisins in the dough, roll it up and cut it into rolls two fingers thick.
- I arranged them all in a large greased and floured pudding mold, covered it with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- After that time, I took it to the oven for 40 minutes, let it cool, unmolded it and brushed all the bread with the condensed milk and coconut milk syrup, covered it with grated coconut and decorated it with cherries.
