- condensed milk400 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Star Candy100 g
- In a pan add condensed milk, cream and cocoa powder. Mix over low heat until you reach the point of brigadeiro (when it comes away from the bottom of the pan)
- Once the dough is ready, place it on a plate and let it cool.
- After the Brigadeiro dough is cold, portion it in the size you want, roll it, roll it into the star-shaped candies and roll it up again.
- Arrange in colorful paper cups and then just enjoy
