  • Margarine500 g

  1. Beat egg whites in the mixer, add the yolks, margarine, sugar, beat until well blended.
  2. Now add the cornstarch and wheat flour to the mixer mixture (mix with your hands until it's very homogeneous.
  3. Put the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. I doubted dough in 4 parts, add gel coloring in the preferred colors (put a few drops to give the desired color.
  5. On a floured marble or granite surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm, cut with a small glass. Place in greased shape, bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes, be careful not to lose color.
  6. Unmold and with a pastry bag stuffing a cookie and place the other on top. It's delicious.
