  • Egg | 2 unit(s)
  • Margarine | 2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder | 1 teaspoon
  • Banana | 3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour for farofa | 1 cup
  • Margarine for the farofa | 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar for the farofa |  to taste
  • Cinnamon for the farofa |  to taste


  1. Crumbs .place the wheat, butter, sugar and cinnamon in a pot and mix until it turns into crumbs. .if necessary, you can add more (wheat, margarine, cinnamon or sugar.
  2. cake dough .mix the eggs, sugar and margarine .put the wheat flour and milk . mix all the ingredients well and then add the yeast
  3. Banana .cut the banana into small pieces .mix the chopped banana in the farofa
  4. .Pour the dough in the form, greased with wheat and margarine .Place the farofa with the banana over the dough .Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  5. Tip: skewer cake with a toothpick or fork (if it comes out clean, the cake is baked)
  6. Allow to cool and unmold the cake.
