Em uma panela coloque a manteiga, leite condensado, 1/2 xicara de açúcar, 1/2 de água e o coco. Ligue o fogo e mexa até obter ponto pata enrolar, depois de pronto despeje em uma vasilha e cubra com plástico filme até esfriar. Após unte a mão com pouca manteiga, enrole passe no açúcar e finalize colocando meia ameixa em cima pata enfeitar. Antes coloque as ameixas de molho na água e corte ao meio.
