Descascar as maçãs e picar em pedaços pequenos e reservar.

Peel the apples and chop into small pieces and reserve.

Bater no liquidificador o óleo, leite e o açúcar até virar um creme
Em uma vasilha misture a farinha de trigo, o fermento e a canela. Acrescente as maçãs picadas em seguida misture o creme mexendo delicadamente. 
Coloque em uma forma untada e leve ao forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 45min, faça o teste do palito.

Blend the oil, milk and sugar in a blender until creamy.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add the chopped apples then mix in the cream, stirring gently.
Put it in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 45 min, do the toothpick test.
