  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Sugar | 5 tablespoon


  1. In a blender add condensed milk, cream, milk and eggs. Let it beat for 4 minutes without stopping.
  2. In a pudding mold put the 5 tablespoons of sugar and let it turn into a syrup. Spread all over and let cool. She will be tough.
  3. Then add the blender mixture to the mold carefully.
  4. Place the pan over low heat on the stove in a bain-marie and wrap the pan with aluminum to create a “lid”.
  5. After 35 minutes, stick a fork in to see if it has hardened, if it comes out clean, just turn it off.
  6. Let it cool completely and place in the fridge for 1 hour or freezer for 20 minutes. Disinform and serve yourself.
