- In a pan, add the milk and condensed milk and margarine
- In a pot, mix the egg yolks, vanilla essence and cornstarch, mix well and add to the pan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Lastly, add the cream of milk and mix. Let cool.
- For the dough, in a bowl, mix all the ingredients described for this step until it releases from your fingertips.
- Open this dough in a roast of your choice and take it to bake until golden. Let cool.
- For assembly, put all the already cold cream in the dough that should also be cold.
- Cut several strawberries into small pieces, reserving some for decoration and spread over this cream.
- Whip the whipped cream until peaked, and spread it over the strawberries, decorate as you wish!
