  • Sugar (Dough)2 tablespoon
  • Margarine (Dough)4 tablespoon
  • Egg (dough)1 unit(s)
  • Whipped Cream (box)1 unit(s)
  • Strawberry (box)1 unit(s)
  • Milk1/2 l
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Corn Starch2 tablespoon
  • Egg yolk2 unit(s)
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. The first step is to prepare the stuffing...
  2. In a pan, add the milk and condensed milk and margarine
  3. In a pot, mix the egg yolks, vanilla essence and cornstarch, mix well and add to the pan.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Lastly, add the cream of milk and mix. Let cool.
  6. For the dough, in a bowl, mix all the ingredients described for this step until it releases from your fingertips.
  7. Open this dough in a roast of your choice and take it to bake until golden. Let cool.
  8. For assembly, put all the already cold cream in the dough that should also be cold.
  9. Cut several strawberries into small pieces, reserving some for decoration and spread over this cream.
  10. Whip the whipped cream until peaked, and spread it over the strawberries, decorate as you wish!
