- fresh cream500 ml
- Sugar2/3 cup
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Colorless gelatin powder envelope1 unit(s)
- Compote: Strawberries in pieces200 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Bring the cream to a boil over medium heat until well heated, but do not let it boil. Off the heat, add the sugar, vanilla, gelatin, mixing well.
- Distribute in individual cups or molds (100 ml capacity) greased with oil and passed in cold water and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours).
- Unmold onto dessert plates and serve with spoonfuls of strawberry compote.
- Jam:
- Cook the strawberry with the lemon juice and sugar, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the fruit has softened without falling apart. Let cool completely.
- Attention: This recipe requires about 4 hours to set.
