Vanilla Extract1/2 tablespoon
Xylitol type sweetener1 tablespoon
Sour cream3 tablespoon

Blend the two frozen fruits with the xylitol milk cream and the vanilla extract in a blender.
Beat well until it becomes a dough and return to the freezer for 4 hours.
