Maizena (corn starch)
In a pan add the condensed milk, cream, milk and cornstarch.
Stir well and lead to high heat, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
Once it starts to thicken, lower it to low heat and keep stirring until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, the cream should have a not too soft consistency.
Place the cream in a refractory or baking dish of your choice.
refrigerate for at least two hours, or until the cream has cooled down very well!
After the cream has cooled down, Cut the strawberries in half and place on top of the cream.
Prepare the gelatine as usual and carefully add it over the strawberries.
Place in the fridge to set the gelatin.
