- Make the caramel with sugar and pour it into the mold and set aside.
- Whisk the eggs, condensed milk and milk in the blender (USE THE CONDENSED MILK BOX TO MEASURE MILK).
- Beat everything for 4 minutes. Then transfer the dough in the mold and take it to the preheated oven in a bain-marie. Leave it in the oven until it bakes.
