- Milk can (same measure)1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Gem2 unit(s)
- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Maizena Biscuit1 unit(s)
- Milk to dip the biscuit1 cup
- Chocolate shavings (optional1 to taste
- Margarine or Butter (just to make the point) to taste
- In a pan put a can of condensed milk, the yolks, the cornstarch and the milk.
- Put it on the fire, stir until it becomes a cream and set aside.
- In another pan, place the second can of condensed milk with a little margarine and the chocolate.
- Leave it on the fire, stirring constantly until it becomes like a brigadeiro.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream. Reserve
- Mounting:
- Put the white cream
- Slowly dip the cookies in the milk and place over the cream.
- Then add the chocolate cream, do it like this until you run out
- Add chocolate shavings on top and leave in the freezer for 2 hours.
