- 2 packets of cornstarch biscuits2 unit(s)
- Paçocas10 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Milk200 ml
- In a pan, add the margarine, pour all the condensed milk and crumble the paçoquinhas inside. Mix and bring to a low heat.
- Stir constantly until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well until smooth. Reserve.
- Dip the cookies in the milk, one by one, quickly so they don't get soaked.
- Place a layer of biscuit in the bottom of a medium serving dish.
- Then make a layer with the paçoquinha filling. Continue alternating until you finish with the stuffing on top.
- To finish, decorate the pavé with paçoquinha on top. Then put it in the fridge and leave it for 3 hours before serving.
