- Place the ingredients in a deep, thick pan and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Place a saucer upside down in the bottom of the pan, and cook on low heat for 40 minutes without stirring.
- After that time, remove the saucer, increase the heat and stir with a wooden spoon for 10 to 20 minutes, until bubbles begin to form as if they were going to sugar.
- Turn off the heat, beat a little and pour into a refractory or roast.
- Wait for it to cool and cut
- The sweet is clear, soft, melting in the mouth, very good.
