• Egg | 6 unit(s)
• Wheat flour | 3 cup
• Milk | 1 cup
• Oil | 1 cup
• Baking powder | 2 tablespoon
• ham | 100 g
• Bacon | 100 g
• Fine pepperoni | 2 unit(s)
• Boiled Soft Coxão | 100 g

Recipe

1. In a blender, beat the eggs with the flour, yeast, milk and oil. In a pan, sauté the meat, pepperoni and bacon and set aside.
2. After hitting the blender, add it to a bowl and mix with the broken and refogado meats.
3. Take a greased shape, add the mixture and take it to the fire for 40 minutes at 230°c and it will be ready and that's it.
