Ingredients
- Condensed Milk | 1 can(s)
- Chocolate | 3 tablespoon
- Butter or Margarine | 1 tablespoon
- Maizena Biscuit | 70 g
- Milk Powder | to taste
Recipe
- In a pan, place the butter or margarine, the condensed milk and the chocolate. Mix well.
- Make the traditional pan brigadeiro. Put it on low fire, keep stirring, when it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan, keep it on the fire a little longer so that when it cools it gets more consistent.
- Take half a package of cornstarch cookies, break it into smaller pieces and mix it with the brigadeiro in the pan.
- Place the brigadeiro in a bowl or square roast, spread it out well (so that you can later cut it into portions) and refrigerate. To prevent it from sticking to the bowl, you can use parchment paper, cling film or grease the bowl with butter or margarine before placing the brigadeiro.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut your portions, you can cut 3x3, 3x4, 4x4, as per your bowl.
- Dip each portion in the nest milk. Your Italian straw is ready!
