- whole milk250 ml
- milk chocolate (I mixed it with dark chocolate)200 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Melt the chocolate either in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 30 and 30 seconds
- put the melted chocolate in a shape and take it to the freezer for 20 minutes.
- We put all the pudding ingredients in the blender and hit
- after whipping we put it on top of the ganache and put it back in the freezer overnight.
