- Wheat flour3 cup
- Refined sugar2 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk300 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder2 unit(s)
- Chocolate bar500 g
- Granules to decorate to taste
- In a large bowl, place the flour, sugar and margarine. Mix well.
- Then add the eggs and milk.
- Mix well and then with your hand mix until you get a homogeneous mass and no longer sticking to your hand.
- If it's sticking, add more wheat flour.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut using two different sized cups to form a donut.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and pass the donuts already fried and cold.
- Decorate as you wish.
