Shredded Coconut Flakes

Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma panela de pressão e misture.

Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker and mix.

Tampe a panela e cozinhe em fogo médio até a panela pegar pressão. 

Cover the pot and cook over medium heat until the pot is under pressure.

Quando a panela pegar pressão abaixe o fogo e conte 3 minutos. Atenção: se passar de 3 minutos a cocada queima. 

When the pan gets pressure, lower the heat and count 3 minutes. Attention: if more than 3 minutes, the cocada burns.

Desligue o fogo e deixe a pressão sair sozinha. 

Turn off the heat and let the pressure release itself.
