Shredded Coconut Flakes
Water (half a cup)
Sugar (half a cup)
Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker and mix.
Cover the pot and cook over medium heat until the pot is under pressure.
When the pan gets pressure, lower the heat and count 3 minutes. Attention: if more than 3 minutes, the cocada burns.
Turn off the heat and let the pressure release itself.
