Ingredients
- Milk powder | 1 cup
- Condensed milk | 300 g
- Sour cream | 500 g
- Dark chocolate | 200 g
Recipe
- In a pan, add the condensed milk, 200 g of cream and the powdered milk and mix until it comes off the bottom of the pan. Place on a platter and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate with the rest of the cream.
- Add the chocolate over the cream and take it to the fridge again for another 10 minutes.
