  • Corn Flake1 can(s)
  • Soybean oil1/2 can(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Margarine for greasing to taste
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Drain the corn and use the can for measuring.
  2. Grease a mold with margarine and sugar
  3. Pre heat the oven
  4. Place the drained corn, sugar, milk, eggs, oil and flakes in a blender and blend until the corn is finely ground.
  5. Add the baking powder and put the blender on pulse function. Press 3 times
  6. Pour the dough into the greased shape, and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until you notice that the cake is golden.
