- mimoso cornmeal1 cup
- Shredded Coconut50 g
- Whole milk or coconut milk1 cup

- Beat the ingredients in the blender.
- Place in a greased and floured form.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180° for approx 40 min. Do the toothpick test before taking it out of the oven.
