Brown Sugar3/4 cup
Unsalted butter (ointment point)1/2 cup
Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Wheat flour1.1/4 cup
Chocolate powder or cocoa1/3 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Bicarbonate1/2 teaspoon
Chocolate chips1 cup
M&M Confectionary1 to taste

In a bowl, gently mix the butter with the sugar, using a spatula.
Then add the egg (already beaten) and vanilla, stir well, add the chocolate, salt, bicarbonate and wheat flour gradually and delicately. Finally add the chocolate chips.
The dough is moist, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge, make balls and give a slight "flattened" place the confectionery (optional) and take it to the oven (preheated 180°) on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Leave about 15 to 20 min (depends on the oven)
