- Oil1 cup
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- Sifted Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, water and oil and mix well with a whisk. Then add the wheat flour and chocolate, stir until the dough is homogeneous. Finally add the yeast and mix.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled with Nescau. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes. I made a syrup just to make it so wet, but you can make the brigadeiro topping
