Dulce de leche (firm consistency preferred)

Semisweet or 70% or chopped milk chocolate

Almonds for garnish (optional)

Easy Chocolate Alfajor

Coloque o doce de leite em cima da parte do biscoito Maria que é desenhada e feche com o outro biscoito (mais ou menos uma colher de sopa de doce de leite em cada alfajor) repita esse processo e junte 2 camadas de biscoitos recheados com doce de leite (assim o alfajor fica mais alto)

Place the dulce de leche on top of the part of the Maria biscuit that is drawn and close with the other biscuit (about a tablespoon of dulce de leche in each alfajor) repeat this process and add 2 layers of biscuits filled with dulce de leche milk (so the alfajor gets higher)

Feche bem e Retire o excesso que saiu pelas laterais com uma faca. 

Close well and remove the excess that came out on the sides with a knife.

Derreta o chocolate no microondas a cada 30 segundos e banhe os alfajores nesse Chocolate, retire o excesso de chocolate e coloque em uma bandeja forrada com papel filme e leve para geladeira por uns 15 minutos e pronto 😋

Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and bathe the alfajores in this Chocolate, remove the excess chocolate and place it on a tray lined with cling film and take it to the fridge for about 15 minutes and that's it 😋
