No Liquidificador coloque os ovos, o leite coco, o leite, a manteiga,o açúcar e bata bem por 3 minutos, em seguida coloque a mandioca aos poucos e se precisar desligue o liquidificador e ajude com uma colher ..despeje numa vasilha e misture o queijo, o coco, uma pitada de sal e femento.. coloque numa forma media untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno por 40/45 minutos..até que o palito saia limpo .
