Oil1/2 cup
Sugar1 cup
Sifted Wheat Flour2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream200 g
Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
Chocolate3 tablespoon
Granules (optional)0 to taste

In the blender add the carrots, sugar, eggs and the oil and beat well.
Add the beaten mixture to the wheat flour and mix well.
Add the yeast and mix gently
Pour into a greased and floured shape and take it to a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes or until you wait for a toothpick and it comes out clean.
In the meantime, make the topping: In a pan, add the condensed milk, the cream, the margarine and the chocolate powder.
Bring to a low heat and cook until it becomes a soft brigadeiro. Pour over the cake while still hot and sprinkle with sprinkles.
