- Heat on high until the sugar becomes a dark caramel (when it starts to boil slightly).
- Lower the heat and add the sliced banana, stir and add the water, cinnamon and cloves.
- Cook, stirring for a few minutes until the banana darkens and becomes a thicker broth.
- It's delicious to eat pure or with ice cream 🤤.
