- - Ingredients: 2 cans of green corn 1 can of condensed milk 1 small bottle of coconut milk 3 whole eggs 1 cup milk tea 1 cup of sugar tea (for syrup)5 unit(s)
- - Preparation mode: Drain the corn in a sieve. Then hit the blender with the liquid milk, pass through a fine sieve to remove only the cream from the corn then take the cream from the corn and put it in the blender along with the coconut milk, the condensed milk, the 3 eggs set aside. - Syrup: Place the sugar in a pan with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil until a caramelized syrup forms. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes. - Note: to know if it's at the right point, put a toothpick in the pudding and come out clean, and that it's already fully baked. Let cool and then unmold.
