Easy and economical pudding (without condensed milk, without oven and made in 15 minutes)

Hot water (syrup)
In a pan, melt the sugar.
When it is completely melted, add the hot water and mix until the sugar lumps melt.
Place on a baking sheet that fits inside a pressure cooker.
In a blender, beat all the pudding ingredients until well blended.
Place this mixture in the reserved pan, place this pan inside the pressure cooker, add 1/3 of the water, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Let the air out completely by itself, remove the pan and let it cool and unmold.
