- Recipe
- Milk chocolate200 g
- Sour cream (without whey)200 ml
- White chocolate cookies and cream to decorate to taste
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave every 30 seconds (or melt in a bain marie)
- When it is well melted, add the cream of milk and mix well until it is homogeneous and creamy.
- Place on a platter and cover with cling film, place in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and remove the film paper, decorate with pieces of white chocolate cookies and cream to taste, take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes and that's it 🤤
