Milk500 ml
Corn starch3 tablespoon
Condensed milk395 g
Milk powder5 tablespoon
White chocolate120 g
Sour cream200 g
Maizena-style wafer to taste
Chocolate sprinkles to taste
Strawberries to taste
Dark chocolate120 g

Put the condensed milk in the pan and dilute the cornstarch.
Add the powdered milk, stir well and bring to the fire, stirring constantly. When it's creamy, add the white chocolate. Turn off the heat and add the cream.
Pour the cream into a bowl and cover with PVC plastic film leaving it in contact with the cream. Take it to freeze.
Melt the semisweet chocolate and microwave every 30 seconds until melted. Add the cream and mix well. Reserve.
On a platter, make layers of white chocolate cream and cornstarch-like cookies.
The last layer should be cream. Cover with the cold ganache.
Finish with chocolate sprinkles and strawberries. Serve cold.
