  • Sugar4 tablespoon

  1. Grind the Maria biscuit in the blender. Transfer to a bowl and add to the butter. Mix with your fingers until you form a dough.
  2. Forre the bottom in a way with removable rim, with this mass. On the sides, place the Calypso cookies. Leave it in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
  3. In a pan, add condensed milk, milk and egg yolks. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  4. Hydrate the colorless gelatin according to the package instructions and add it to the cold cream. Reserve.
  5. In a pan, add the sugar and egg whites. Bring to a low boil, stirring vigorously with a wire whisk for 3 minutes. Transfer to a mixer and beat until doubled in volume. Add 1 box of milk cream and just mix.
  6. Add the creams and mix. Pour over the dough and refrigerate until firm.
  7. At the time of serving, melt the chocolate bar with the cream, taking it for 1 minute in the microwave. Stir well to completely melt the chocolate and pour over the pie filling.
