- Grind the Maria biscuit in the blender. Transfer to a bowl and add to the butter. Mix with your fingers until you form a dough.
- Forre the bottom in a way with removable rim, with this mass. On the sides, place the Calypso cookies. Leave it in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
- In a pan, add condensed milk, milk and egg yolks. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Hydrate the colorless gelatin according to the package instructions and add it to the cold cream. Reserve.
- In a pan, add the sugar and egg whites. Bring to a low boil, stirring vigorously with a wire whisk for 3 minutes. Transfer to a mixer and beat until doubled in volume. Add 1 box of milk cream and just mix.
- Add the creams and mix. Pour over the dough and refrigerate until firm.
- At the time of serving, melt the chocolate bar with the cream, taking it for 1 minute in the microwave. Stir well to completely melt the chocolate and pour over the pie filling.
