Dulce de leche with powdered milk

Primeiramente, em uma panela grossa coloque o leite em pó, o açúcar e a água.

Logo depois, misture tudo muito bem até ficar bem parecido com um mingau.

Caso não chegue no ponto de mingau, acrescente só mais um pouquinho de água para chegar no ponto.

Em seguida, leve para o fogo médio mexendo sempre, para não grudar no fundo da panela.
Logo após, que começar a ferver mexa cada vez mais rápido até começar ficar na cor de um caramelo.

Então desligue a panela, e mexa novamente até você perceber que o doce está perdendo o brilho.

Por fim, unte uma forma pequena com um pouco de manteiga e despeja o doce por cima, espalhe por igual com o auxílio de uma colher e depois que estiver firme faça os cortes com uma faca.

Deixe esfriar e depois sirva.
