- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Margarine120 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Boiled condensed milk2 can(s)
- Pickled Pineapple1 can(s)
- Shredded Coconut200 g
- Chocolate Ganache to taste
- Place the flour and margarine in a bowl and mix until it becomes crumbly.
- Then add the egg and mix until you get a smooth dough, let it rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- After that time, open the dough in a removable background form, make holes in the sides and bottom with the help of a fork, take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- After this time, wait for the dough to cool completely and then put the dulce de leche (cooked condensed milk), the pineapple and finally sprinkle the grated coconut.
- For decoration I put chocolate ganache and a bonbon If you prefer, refrigerate and serve later.
