- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Sour cream200 ml
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Colorless gelatin18 g
- Water1/2 cup
- grated coconut50 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Maizena Biscuit200 g
- Butter or margarine4 tablespoon
- Grind the cookies in a blender, transfer to a bowl, add the butter and mix until crumbs form. Line the base and side of a lightly greased, removable bottom tin. Reserve
- Beat the boiled condensed milk with the cream in the blender until homogenized, add the vanilla and gelatin hydrated in the water and dissolved in a water bath while still hot and beat just to mix
- Fill the base, letting the liquid fall gently on a spoon, take it to the fridge for about 4 hours to make it firm
- Place the coconut, butter and sugar in a pan over low heat, if it reaches the desired shade (golden) Transfer immediately to a plate.
- Unmold the pie, transfer to a serving plate and add the golden coconut on top.
