- Creamy dulce de leche500 g
- Fresh cream1.5 cup
- ricotta cream150 g
- Brewed coffee1 cup
- Bourbon or Cognac1/2 cup
- Champagne biscuit300 g
- Cocoa Powder1/2 cup
- Whip the chilled fresh cream in a mixer (it's important that it's cold so that it can get the consistency of whipped cream) to a light peak whipped cream. Place the dulce de leche in a large bowl and add 1/3 of the whipped cream. With the help of a spatula, mix well. Repeat with 1/3 more, mix again. Then enter the rest. Now add the ricotta cream.
- Mix the coffee with the liqueur, spread the champagne biscuits and line the bottom of a refractory with the biscuits. Put half of the dulce de leche cream. Make another layer of moistened cookies. And finish with the rest of the cream, leveling the entire surface with a spatula.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle cocoa powder before serving.
