Dulce de leche pavé (Tiramisu)

Bata numa batedeira o creme de leite fresco gelado (é importante que esteja gelado para que ele consiga pegar consistência de chantilly) em ponto de chantilly de pico leve.
Coloque o doce de leite numa tigela grande e junte 1/3 do chantilly. Com a ajuda de uma espátula, misture bem. Repita com mais 1/3, misture novamente. Em seguida incorpore o restante. Junte agora o creme de ricota. 

Whip the chilled fresh cream in a mixer (it's important that it's cold so that it can get the consistency of whipped cream) to a light peak whipped cream.
Place the dulce de leche in a large bowl and add 1/3 of the whipped cream. With the help of a spatula, mix well. Repeat with 1/3 more, mix again. Then enter the rest. Now add the ricotta cream.

Misture o café com o licor, passe os biscoitos champanhe e forre o fundo de um refratário com os biscoitos. Coloque metade do creme de doce de leite.
Faça mais uma camada de biscoitos umedecidos. E finalize com o restante do creme, nivelando toda a superfície com uma espátula.

Mix the coffee with the liqueur, spread the champagne biscuits and line the bottom of a refractory with the biscuits. Put half of the dulce de leche cream.
Make another layer of moistened cookies. And finish with the rest of the cream, leveling the entire surface with a spatula.

Leve para geladeira por 2 horas pelo menos. Polvilhe cacau em pó antes de servir.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle cocoa powder before serving.
