  • Fresh cream (or whipped cream)700 ml
  • Dulce de leche600 g
  • Two boxes of White Bis252 g
  • White chocolate chips200 g
  1. Beat 500 ml cream in the mixer until doubled in volume.
  2. Add the dulce de leche and continue stirring.
  3. In a glass dish (or in a glass) make a layer of dulce de leche mousse
  4. Repeat this process 3 times until the mousse is used up (but save some of the Bis)
  5. Melt white chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes
  6. Mix the white chocolate with 200ml of cream.
  7. Pour the ganache over the dessert and decorate with the Bis.
  8. Place in the fridge for two hours.
