1 Pot of dulce de leche (your choice)1 unit(s)
Chocolate bar200 g
Popsicle sticks10 unit(s)
Baking paper or cling film1 unit(s)

Fill half of the cookies with the dulce de leche and close with the remaining cookies.
Insert the popsicle sticks in the middle of the cookies, like a lollipop and set aside.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 15 seconds and cover the cookie lollipops
Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper or cling film and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes or until they are very hard and ready.
