  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Milk (measurement of the can/box of condensed milk)1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Crystal Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. In a pan put the sugar and take it to low fire, stir until it melts and becomes a caramel.
  2. Still with the fire on, add the water and continue stirring until the sugar melts again.
  3. Pour the syrup into the pudding mold of your choice.
  4. In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin.
  5. Tip: Dissolve gelatin according to package directions.
  6. Beat for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour the liquid into the mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  8. Unwrap and serve yourself.
