- Strawberry flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Passion fruit flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- 2 boxes of sour cream400 g
- Hot water500 ml
- 1 can of condensed milk295 g
- In a blender add the strawberry flavored gelatin.
- Add the hot water and beat for 1 minute to dissolve the gelatin.
- Add the cream and half a box of condensed milk.
- Beat for 3 minutes and set aside.
- Grease a pudding mold with oil to make it easier to unmold.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and place in the freezer for 20 minutes until it is firm.
- In the blender, repeat the same process with the passion fruit gelatin.
- Remove the already firm strawberry gelatin from the freezer and place this passion fruit mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- With the help of a knife, unglue the edges of the gelatine pudding and unmold.
- It's just a delight!
- Keep in the fridge.
