Dual color gelatin pudding

  • Strawberry flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Passion fruit flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • 2 boxes of sour cream400 g
  • Hot water500 ml
  • 1 can of condensed milk295 g
  1. In a blender add the strawberry flavored gelatin.
  2. Add the hot water and beat for 1 minute to dissolve the gelatin.
  3. Add the cream and half a box of condensed milk.
  4. Beat for 3 minutes and set aside.
  5. Grease a pudding mold with oil to make it easier to unmold.
  6. Pour the mixture into the mold and place in the freezer for 20 minutes until it is firm.
  7. In the blender, repeat the same process with the passion fruit gelatin.
  8. Remove the already firm strawberry gelatin from the freezer and place this passion fruit mixture on top.
  9. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  10. With the help of a knife, unglue the edges of the gelatine pudding and unmold.
  11. It's just a delight!
  12. Keep in the fridge.
