  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Gem2 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 teaspoon
  • Bread Yeast 2 pieces30 g
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Pinch of Salt1 to taste
  • 1 cup of water1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying250 ml
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead until you get a very smooth dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 2 hours in a protected place.
  4. Knead a little to remove the air.
  5. Open with the rolling pin on a floured surface, at a height of 2 cm.
  6. Cut in a circle with a glass.
  7. Let rise, but 30 minutes covered with a cloth.
  8. Put enough oil in a pan; heat well and fry the donuts until golden on both sides.
