- Pinch of Salt1 to taste
- 1 cup of water1/2 cup
- Oil for frying250 ml
- Dissolve the yeast in the water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead until you get a very smooth dough.
- Cover and let rise for 2 hours in a protected place.
- Knead a little to remove the air.
- Open with the rolling pin on a floured surface, at a height of 2 cm.
- Cut in a circle with a glass.
- Let rise, but 30 minutes covered with a cloth.
- Put enough oil in a pan; heat well and fry the donuts until golden on both sides.
