- In the blender, beat the warm water, eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla, yeast. Pour this mixture into the bowl and gradually pour in the flour until the dough comes together. The dough must not be sticking to the hand and not be too hard. It has to be very soft but not a sticky dough. After kneading well, let it rest for 45 minutes. After that time, open the dough with the rolling pin and cut it with the cutter or the mouth of a glass, let the donuts rise for another 25 minutes and fry in not too hot oil. Stuffing to your liking, it can be cream, chocolate, dulce de leche. To your taste and after filling, sprinkle icing sugar on top and enjoy.
