Wheat flour with yeast

Adicione primeiro o açúcar e o fermento em um recipiente. Misture e acrescente a margarina, o sal e os ovos.


First add the sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix and add the margarine, salt and eggs.


Coloque aos poucos a farinha e a água, alternando. Depois sove a massa para que fique homogênea. 

Gradually add the flour and water, alternating. Then knead the dough so that it is homogeneous.

Use uma forma circular ou cortador para fazer o "buraco"que fica no meio da rosca e estará finalizada.

Use a circular shape or cutter to make the "hole" that is in the middle of the donut and it will be finished.

Logo depois frite as rosquinhas em óleo até estarem douradas. Está feito.

Then, fry the donuts in oil until golden. It's done.
