- Butter or margarine40 g
- Sugar40 g
- Salt10 g
- Wheat flour500 g
- Organic Dry Yeast15 g
- Reserve the water and mix the rest of the ingredients, taking care that the yeast does not come into contact with the salt.
- Add the water little by little, knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Open the dough and cut into Donuts
- Lastly bake or fry
- To make it easier to model the donuts, use the hole in the cup and a bottle cap as a mold.
